Responsibilities

• Providing equipment use education related to therapy safety
• Collaborating with the care team on therapy plans and discharge recommendations
• Educating patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and home programs
• Performing reassessments and updating care plans based on patient response
• Ensuring quality patient care and safety

Schedule

Working 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
