Travel Speech Language Pathologist - $3,108 per week

About the role

Remede Consulting Group is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13‑week travel assignment in Syracuse, New York. The position is full‑time (40 hours per week) on a travel basis, with day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Administer evaluations, diagnose speech, language, cognition, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Establish and provide treatment programs for individuals with deficits in speech, language, cognitive, voice and/or swallowing disorders
• Schedule patients to receive evaluation and treatments based on patient needs
• Provide education to patients, families and staff regarding disorders of speech, language, cognition, voice and/or swallowing
• Participate in program development for the speech therapy discipline, PM&R department and Service Line
• Prepare reports and communicate with referral sources and treatment agencies
• Participate in community programs

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech Pathology
• NYS licensure
• Clinical certification in Speech Pathology (or its equivalent)
• Completion of clinical fellowship year
• Must successfully pass pre‑employment health clearance

Schedule

8‑hour day shifts; typical shift 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Required to work one weekend per month, inpatient on weekends.
