About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Speech Language Pathologist for a 14-week contract in Franklin, New Hampshire.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.
Requirements
- Less than 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Active Speech Language Pathologist License.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
- Must be available for a 14-week contract.
- Must be willing to travel to various locations within the state.

Schedule
8 hours per shift, 40 hours per week.
