About the role
LanceSoft is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week position starting September 8, 2026, in Lakeport, California.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in need
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Keep up-to-date with new research and clinical advancements in speech pathology
Requirements
- BLS Certification
- M.A. or M.S. Degree in Speech Pathology
- Active California License (or eligibility for licensure)
Qualifications
- Experience in acute care settings preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Proficient in using speech-language pathology software
