Travel Speech-Language Pathologist - $2,680 per week

About the role

Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week contract starting immediately in Monroy Township, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Adhere to established treatment plans and protocols.
• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment programs.
• Document progress and outcomes in an electronic health record system (EPIC).

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Active Speech Language Pathologist License.
• Experience using EPIC electronic health record system.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Current certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Pay

Weekly Gross: $2,680.00

Schedule

40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.
