Voca Healthcare is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Bakersfield, California.

Provide therapy services to patients in a variety of healthcare settings.
Maintain professional and ethical standards in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans.
Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.

Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Speech Language Pathologist, or exceptional candidates with a strong passion may be considered.
Valid certification and/or licensure in the state of practice, if applicable.
Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and composure, especially during stressful and fast-paced moments in the healthcare setting.
Valid Driver’s License and the ability to travel between assignment locations.
Pass a background check and drug screen to meet healthcare industry standards.

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Weeks 1-13: 7:00 AM - 19:00 PM, Monday through Friday
