About the role
Work directly with patients to evaluate and treat issues with communication and swallowing.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with communication and swallowing issues.
- Provide therapy sessions that improve speech sounds, language development, fluency management, and dysphagia.
- Communicate effectively with patients one-on-one.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of speech sounds, language development, fluency management, and dysphagia.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Virginia.
- Experience working with patients who have communication and swallowing disorders.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
