Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a position in Sacramento, California. This role involves providing specialized speech therapy services within an acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to patient recovery from neurological injuries, trauma, and orthopedic conditions. The position requires working with diverse patient populations to enhance communication and swallowing functions through personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to patients recovering from neurological injuries, trauma, and orthopedic conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing functions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Utilize electronic health records for patient documentation.

Requirements

• CA License.
• 2 years of experience in Acute Rehabilitation or Acute Care.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Experience working with patients with traumatic brain injury (TBI), spinal cord injury (SCI), or orthopedic trauma.

Pay package is based on 9-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
