Travel Speech Language Pathologist - $2,452 per week

About the role

Average of 13 weeks duration, 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day shift.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat issues with communication and swallowing for patients.
• Work directly with patients to provide therapy services.
• Show expertise in speech sounds, language development, fluency management, and dysphagia.
• Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and families.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Massachusetts.
• At least 2 years of recent relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Masters’ degree in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.

Skills

• Proficiency in assessment and treatment of speech and language disorders.
• Knowledge of swallowing disorders and their management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
