Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications may be required based on specialty. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
