TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a travel job in Rochester, Minnesota. Responsibilities

• Diagnose, treat, and prevent speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Create treatment and therapy plans to suit the individualized needs of a diverse population of patients.
• Perform screenings to detect voice or speech disorders.
• Educate patients and family members about speech disorders and causes, including disabilities and traumatic events.
• Report progress and current status to appropriate parties, which may include family members, teachers, or medical professionals.
• Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines.

Requirements

• Must have 6 months of experience; however, new graduates are encouraged to apply (1 year preferred; exceptional candidates with appropriate background may be considered with 6 months).
• Must hold BLS and ASHA‑SLP National Certification with state‑specific licensing.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as bend, lean, or stoop without difficulty.
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
