Travel Speech Language Pathologist - $2,408 per week

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 14-week assignment in Wailuku, Hawaii.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Assess and treat patients with various speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and other therapists.
• Document progress notes and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in Hawaii.
• Experience in acute care settings preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Proficiency in computer software for documentation and record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Passing score on the Praxis II exam.
• Valid CPR certification.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
