About the role

AHS Staffing is looking for a SNF Speech Language Pathologist in Claremont, NH for a Long Term (Travel) position. This assignment is expected to last 13 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans accordingly.
• Document progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in NH.
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Passing score on the Praxis II exam.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
