Travel Speech Language Pathologist - $2,271 per week

About the role

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, located in Lakewood, New Jersey. The shift is 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document progress and communicate with referring physicians and families.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of New Jersey.
• Experience in acute care settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
