About the role
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment starting August 17, 2026, in Everett, Washington.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech language pathology services to patients in a variety of settings.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document progress and communicate with referring physicians and families.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Washington.
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- At least one year of recent clinical experience.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices and current research in speech language pathology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Experience with pediatric populations preferred.
- Proficiency in using speech assessment and treatment software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend amount to be confirmed.
Schedule
Shifts are 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
