About the role
GLC On-The-Go is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a travel job in Hollywood, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech language therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Florida.
- Experience working in an acute care setting preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Passing score on the Praxis II exam or equivalent certification.
- Valid CPR certification.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits
Tax-free stipend to be determined based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week.
Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
