TRS Healthcare is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a travel job in Kansas City, Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to patients in an inpatient setting.
• Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Missouri.
• Experience working in an inpatient rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Knowledge of various speech and language disorders and their treatments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the Praxis II exam or equivalent certification.
• Current CPR certification.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in computer software relevant to the field.

Benefits

Tax-free stipend to be determined based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
