About the Role

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining licensure in Indiana. This is a 13-week travel contract position in Franklin, Indiana, specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care (LTC). The role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the organization’s vision, values, mission, and critical goals into job performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech Language Pathology services in a SNF/LTC setting.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Experience in SNF / LTC settings required.
• Current Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license within the state of Indiana or in the immediate process of obtaining licensure.

Schedule

• Duration: 13 weeks.
• 40 hours per week.
• Shift: 8 hours, days.
