About the role
Travel Speech Language Pathologist needed for a 13-week assignment at Avalon Care Center in Federal Way, Washington.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services to patients
- Assess and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Washington State
- Experience in acute care settings preferred
- Knowledge of communication disorders and treatment techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Passing score on the Praxis II exam or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
