Travel Speech Language Pathologist - $1,952 per week

About the role

The Speech Language Pathologist will provide therapy services at Wheatridge Park Care Center in Liberal, Kansas.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Conduct evaluations and progress assessments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Provide direct patient care

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA accredited program
• Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Kansas
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Skills

• Proficiency in computer software for documentation and scheduling
• Knowledge of clinical guidelines and evidence-based practices
