About the Role
Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a travel job in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' communication needs and swallowing needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to improve speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing skills
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on communication strategies and safe swallowing techniques
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Implement interventions in various settings, including outpatient, acute care, and skilled nursing facilities
- Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued support
Qualifications
- A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- NC licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist

- Pay: $1,847.57 - $1,904.71 / week
- Location: Winston-Salem, NC
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: 8 hours, days (up to 40.00 hours per week)
