Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) outpatient position available in Hillsville, Virginia. This full-time role involves providing comprehensive speech therapy services to a diverse outpatient population, focusing on improving communication, cognitive function, swallowing, and overall quality of life. Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based interventions
- Document patient progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Utilize AI-powered documentation technology and electronic medical record systems to enhance clinical efficiency
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred or eligibility to complete Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to high-quality patient-centered care

Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week
- Day shift, 8 hours per day
