Travel Specialist - Admin Assitant

About the role

We’re hiring a Bilingual Administrative Assistant/Travel Specialist at PASO Home Study/Post Release Services Program, an affiliate of Rite of Passage. Our employees help people seeking safety from persecution in their home countries and reunite families torn apart by conflict. Combined with our residential programs we resettle and protect vulnerable children who arrive unaccompanied in the United States. We advocate for compassion and justice for all migrants.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to the Regional Supervisor and other site employees.
• Handles the responsibilities of travel specialist, booking and scheduling all travel for all caseworkers and clinical staff in each respective region.

Requirements

• Extensive Excel Spreadsheet experience and computer skills.
• Ability to respond to executives quickly and efficiently.
• A High School diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• At least 21 years of age.
• At least three years of experience working in an office environment.
• Experience and success in office management.
• Able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
