TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Special Procedures Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting October 12, 2026, in Louisville, Kentucky.

Skills Required
- Experience: Strong in Neuro and comfortable with Stroke, embolization & coiling
- Tasks: Scrubbing/assisting, circulating, equipment operation, tray setup, level 1 trauma experience
- Additional: Covering Hybrid room M-F
Unit Information
- Years of Experience: 1 year minimum
- Accepting First-Time Travelers: Yes
Unit Specific Information
- Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: Neuro, trauma, stroke, inpatient, outpatient
- IR Suites: 4 total IR suites; 2 primarily used for neuro and 2 used for body; 1 suite for hybrid
- Cases: 10-15 cases a day, goal of reaching 15-20 when fully staffed
- Body Procedures: Central venous access, Sirsphere, nephrostomy, PE, UAE, GI bleed, trauma bleeds
- Neuro Procedures: Diagnostic cerebral, stroke, carotid stent, MMA embo, AVM/AVF embo, aneurysm coiling & flow diversion, venous sinus stenting, aneurysm clipping
- Vascular Procedures: EVAR/TEVAR, TCAR, Peripheral arterial interventions, Femoral endarterectomy with stenting, Limb salvage procedures, Dialysis access interventions, Thrombectomy/thrombolysis cases
