About the role

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other educators, parents, and administrators to develop and implement IEPs
  • Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly
  • Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • State special education teaching certification

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working with students with mild to moderate disabilities preferred
