About the role

The position involves providing instruction to students with mild/moderate disabilities in a school setting. The teacher will work closely with special education teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).

Responsibilities

• Teach students with mild/moderate disabilities according to their IEPs
• Collaborate with special education teachers and administrators to provide support and resources
• Work with parents to ensure the needs of students are met
• Adapt lesson plans and materials to meet the diverse learning needs of students

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• State special education teaching certification

Qualifications

• Experience working with students with mild/moderate disabilities
