Responsibilities

• Provide social work services in accordance with professional standards and agency policies.

• Document services provided and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• LMSW strong preferred.
• 40 hours per week.
• 8 hours shift, days.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Social Worker in the state of Oklahoma.
• Experience working in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
