Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services in an outpatient setting.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with various mental health conditions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• LCSW certification required.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Outpatient clinic and case management experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work.
• Current license to practice Social Work in California.
• Experience working in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Experience with case management and treatment planning.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
