About the role
PRIDE Health is seeking a Social Work Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a travel assignment in Florence, Arizona. This role involves providing mental health services to inmates in a correctional facility.
Responsibilities
- Conducting mental health screenings and clinical assessments
- Reviewing inmate records and conducting clinical interviews
- Developing and modifying individual treatment plans
- Providing individual counseling and mental health treatment
- Conducting crisis interventions
- Documenting assessments, treatments, and evaluations in medical records
- Maintaining strict confidentiality
- Managing an assigned mental health caseload
- Applying psychological counseling theories and techniques appropriately
Requirements
- Master’s degree from an accredited college/university in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related clinical field
- Active, unrestricted clinical license in the state where the position is located (e.g., LCSW, LPC)
- BLS certification
Schedule
- 40 hours per week
- 8-hour day shifts, typically 5×8

- Facility clearance: Approximately 3 weeks
