LanceSoft is seeking a Social Work Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a travel job in Walnut Creek, California.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical social work services to pediatric patients in outpatient clinics
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team to support patient care
- Manage case files and maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR
- Floated to other UCSF facilities as needed
Requirements
- Active LCSW License
- 2+ years of Pediatric Social Work experience
- Outpatient Clinic & Case Management experience
- Epic EMR experience required
- Spanish language proficiency preferred
Qualifications
- Experience working in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
