Responsibilities
- Provide clinical services to patients in a variety of settings.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient care coordination.
- Participate in staff meetings and continuing education activities.
Requirements
- Masters degree in social work.
- ACSW/APCC/AMFT Intern # or LCSW/LMFT/LPCC license.
Qualifications
