Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) position assisting patients recovering from injuries or illnesses under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping them improve mobility, strength, and activity levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients recovering from injuries or illnesses under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping them improve mobility, strength, and activity levels.
• Provide therapy services in a skilled nursing facility.
• Participate in day shifts with periodic weekend rotations.
• Support patient recovery and rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state license.
• BLS certification (may be required).
