About the role
Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
Responsibilities
- Support patient recovery by assisting with mobility, improving function, and promoting activity under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Manage a patient load of 6 to 12 daily, contribute to patient progress in skilled nursing and outpatient settings, and potentially float to other facilities as needed.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active state license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- BLS certification

Key Duties
- Provide therapy services during 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with weekend coverage around holidays.
- No on-call required.
- Deliver high-quality patient care, collaborate with healthcare teams, and support patient mobility and recovery goals.
