Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment starting July 30, 2026 in Boscawen, New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in SNFs
• Assess and treat patients' communication and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Document patient progress and outcomes

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of New Hampshire
• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Experience in SNF settings preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passport required for international travel

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend to be determined.
