Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and support to geriatric patients in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document changes in patients' conditions
- Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to advocate for patient needs
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care (LTC) with a focus on geriatric care
- Active nursing licensure in the state of practice
