MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care (LTC) for a travel nursing assignment in Glendale, California. Specialty: Long Term Care. Discipline: RN. Responsibilities

• Provide extended care to patients with disabilities or progressive/chronic illnesses, often working with the elderly and those needing assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing).
• Record vital signs and administer medications.
• Assess changes in patient health status and perform various treatments as directed by physicians.
• Complete assignments made by physicians.
• Provide routine treatment.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of medication and treatment administration to ensure continuity of care among nursing staff, physicians, and the treatment team.

Requirements

• Active RN license or active LPN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum eighteen months of recent experience in a long‑term care setting.
• Additional requirements may be specified by the client facility.
