About the role
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately. The position offers 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, and is based in Union, South Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Assess and diagnose patients' speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve communication and swallowing functions
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress notes
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in South Carolina
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- At least one year of recent full-time clinical experience in SNF settings
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay
