Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Speech Language Pathologist - $1,831 per week

About the role

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately. The position offers 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, and is based in Union, South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients' speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve communication and swallowing functions
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress notes

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in South Carolina
• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
• At least one year of recent full-time clinical experience in SNF settings
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay
