Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,590 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans in medical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant in California.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a SNF setting.
• Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Pass a background check.
• Willingness to travel within California.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment includes hourly wages, meal & incidental expenses, and housing expenses incurred on behalf of the company.
