About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract starting July 11, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of licensed therapists
- Assist patients with exercises and activities of daily living
- Document patient progress and treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of NH
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in SNF settings
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a recognized Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using medical terminology and equipment

Pay
Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 35 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
