Requirements
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Assignment Details
Schedule: 5x8, 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift, 13 weeks duration, starting 08/17/2026.
