About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract in Sac City, Iowa.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve their mobility and strength.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with healthcare regulations.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant License.
- BLS via American Heart Association.
- State license/certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant required.
Qualifications
- Experience in SNF setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Proficiency in using medical equipment.
- Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and protocols.
Pay
Weekly Gross: $1,560.00
Schedule
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Sunday through Thursday)
