About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract in Council Grove, Kansas.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve their physical function.
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant License.
- BLS via American Heart Association.
Qualifications
- State license/certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant required.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and equipment.
