About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract in Eureka Springs, Arkansas.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve their physical function.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with medical records policies.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant License.
- BLS via American Heart Association.
- State license/certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant required.
