About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract in Downs, Kansas.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve their mobility and strength.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant License.
- Completion of credentialing checklist, background checks, and Covid test prior to start.
- Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program.
Qualifications
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
