About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract in Peabody, Kansas.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve mobility and strength.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans in medical records.
- Ensure all treatments are performed safely and according to established protocols.
Requirements
- Active Kansas Physical Therapist Assistant License.
- BLS certification via American Heart Association.
Qualifications
- Education: State license/certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant required.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail.
Pay
Weekly Gross: $1,512.00
Schedule
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Sunday through Thursday)
