About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 14-week contract in Ivins, Utah.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve their physical function.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans in medical records.
Requirements
- Active UT Physical Therapist Assistant License
- BLS via American Heart Association
Qualifications
- State license/certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant required
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and equipment

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
