Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,510 per week

About the role

A Travel Physical Therapy Assistant is needed in Burnsville, MN. This Physical Therapy Assistant assignment is for 13 weeks and the setting is Skilled Nursing. Rotate between facilities with mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.
• Assist patients with exercises and activities of daily living.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during treatments.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Pass a background check.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
