Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,510 per week

About the role

A Travel Physical Therapy Assistant is needed in Belle Fourche, SD. This Physical Therapy Assistant assignment is for 13 weeks and the setting is Skilled Nursing. Pay of $1510 may be adjusted based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve their mobility and strength.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant from a recognized program.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a physical therapy assistant program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE).

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and scheduling.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule
