Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,510 per week

A Travel Physical Therapy Assistant is needed in Salt Lake City, UT. This Physical Therapy Assistant assignment is for 13 weeks and the setting is Skilled Nursing. Pay of $1510 may be adjusted based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.
• Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve their physical function.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare professionals as necessary.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a physical therapy assistant program.
• Pass a background check.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
