Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract in Penns Grove, New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve their physical function.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans in medical records.
Requirements
- 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Active NJ Physical Therapist Assistant License.
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification.
